An eclectic line-up of more than 20 popular bands will be on stage entertaining crowds Labor Day weekend from Friday, Aug. 31 through Sunday, Sept. 2.at the Chartway Federal Credit Union American Music Festival, presented by Cruzan Rum.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the festival and music lovers of all kinds will be treated to a talented mix of artists representing a variety of musical genres. From blues, rock, and reggae to rhythm and blues, 70s hits and folk-infused indie rock, this musical summer beach party will feature something for all musical tastes.
Headline performances will take place each night on the 5th Street Stage. Other acts will keep the party going with FREE performances on stages at the 17th Street Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Park, 24th Street Park and 31st Street Park.

Friday, Aug. 31: Ziggy Marley and SOJA (reggae)
Saturday, Sept. 1: Goo Dolls (pop)
Sunday, Sept. 2: ZZ Top (rock ‘n’ roll)
Gates open at 5 p.m. and the shows begin at 6:30 p.m. each night.
Tickets:
Single-day tickets for the headline shows are $20 in advance, $25 day of show. Preferred Viewing tickets are $50 in advance, and $60 day of show, if still available.
Three-day general admission passes and VIP Experience passes are also available. Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com. The VIP experience includes admission to all three days of concerts in an exclusive area directly in front of the stage, heavy hors d’oeuvres, two free beers or wine, and VIP-only restrooms.
